Our Projects

The Soft Skills Self Development Project

The Soft Skills Self Development Project is a transformative initiative carefully designed to empower Tanzanian secondary school students with essential soft-skills. The project comprises daily one-hour classes on extracurricular time, held at selected secondary schools, focusing on distinct themes that foster personal and professional growth, including resilience, emotional intelligence, and effective decision-making. Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities and collaborative exercises, participants are encouraged to reflect on their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their potential. By nurturing character and building self-confidence, the initiative not only educates but also inspires transformation, leading to a mindset centered on self-belief and ambition. The purpose is to cultivate a generation of young leaders equipped to face the challenges of today’s rapidly changing world with clarity, courage and determination. Rooted in the belief that strengthening key aspects of each student’s character can lead to lasting positive impacts, this project seeks to contribute to the greater good of Tanzania, shaping individual futures and empowering a vibrant society where young leaders can emerge and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
